Repairs are quick. Rates are reasonable, (often 4-10x less than a dealership), and Pavy always gives me an honest answer. He tells me the problem and proposes a solution. He then let's me make the choice to repair or to not repair. He knows his stuff. A few weeks ago, our car was towed in with a bad engine knock. It was the kind of knock that I was unable to diagnose and felt that repair would cost several thousand dollars. Pavy informed us that the engine was okay, but that the timing belt tensioner had failed. I never considered that this small part could cause so much trama.
